This student apartment is that type of accommodation where you can enjoy all the benefits of being in a quiet environment. It's on the 5th floor of a Portuguese building where you'll find a nice doorman at the entrance to open the door for you. The apartment has comfortable areas, and it's entirely furnished. The kitchen is all equipped. There's a nice living room with bean bags and cable TV, and there are 2 bathrooms to be shared by all tenants. 

The bedrooms are cozy and spacious, entirely furnished. They all have plenty of sunlight, and are modernly decorated. Every room has a window facing the main street. 

 

Equipment:

Living room - TV with 70 channels (Meo) and Internet Fibre wirless 20 Megas; several puffs.

Dining/Study Room - Dining room and study with tables and chairs.

Kitchen - Stove, oven, microwave, three refrigerators, washing machine, drying area, iron and ironing board and all cooking utensils.

Rooms - Bed with mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, desk, chair and bed linen included. All rooms have outelet TV.

All expenses included, including Wi-Fi 30Megas and weekly cleaning (twice a week).

We provide bed linen and tranfer from the airport to the flat on the arrival day.

Transport:
The metro station of Alameda is 250m away which is on both the green and a red lines. There are some bus stops in the area: the one on Alameda D. Afonso Henriques which is a stop for several different lines is the most useful one around.
